Overview

Shivering spooks: The local shyster runs a spook house to spook the local rich and foolish out of their extra cash. Our Gang bursts into the scene by mistake annoying the greedy "spooks" to no end. -- Spooky hooky: The circus comes to town and the Rascals are at school. Mischievously a doctor's excuse is produced and laft for the teacher in the morning. In front of the locked school, the teacher shows the Rascals surprise tickets for the entire class to go to the circus
