Nina Bailey, a tough young lawyer, is rapidly heading to the top of the corporate ladder. When she receives an anonymous invitation to an exhibition however, a series of events are set off that completely unhinge her life. Photographs at the gallery reveal that Nina's real mother was a woman called Georgia, a talented photographer who drowned under suspicious circumstances. As Nina attempts to unravel the mysteries of her past she finds that there are people who would contemplate murder in favor of answering her questions
