Overview
Kiriko's brother is arrested on a charge of murder. She believes in his innocence and asks a famous attorney to defend him. He will not take her brother as a client because they are unable to afford his fee. A year later the brother dies in jail. Kiriko moves to Tokyo and becomes a bar hostess. One evening, she witnesses a murder in which the attorney and his lover are involved. He asks Kiriko to provide him with an alibi and she uses this opportunity to get her revenge
